CCD/Vynamics Renamed ITonCommand™
Company to leverage success of its outsourced IT brand

DENVER, CO.—July 10, 2007—CCD Corporation today announced that it has completed a formal name change and is now doing business as ITonCommand™. CCD Corporation had previously been doing business as CCD/Vynamics. The parent company will remain CCD Corporation, but the Vynamics brand will be dissolved as a result of this decision.
“ITonCommand more accurately reflects the transformation of our business over the last year. We’ve become a brand-driven company focused on our managed, hosted solution, ITonCommand. By aligning our company name with our primary offering, we will increase the visibility of the company with customers, leverage the product name, and build greater brand awareness in the marketplace,” said founder and president, Jonathan Smith.

Customer Computer Designs Corporation (now CCD Corporation) was originally chosen as the company's name in 1995 to reflect the company’s focus on network integration services. Upon recognizing a greater need in the small-to-medium business (“SMB”) market for a fully-hosted, managed I.T. solution that would free businesses from the hassles of managing I.T. in-house, the company launched ITonCommand under its CCD/Vynamics subsidiary in 2001. Since then, this comprehensive hosted-desktop-and-I.T. solution has emerged as the company’s flagship service offering, which fueled the decision to rebrand CCD/Vynamics as ITonCommand.

"ITonCommand is the appropriate name for our company. That said, CCD Corporation will remain the parent company and we will continue to offer network integration services under that umbrella to meet the needs of our existing customers. But going forward, our marketing efforts will focus exclusively on building the ITonCommand brand and company name,” Smith added.
